Ralph Ragan | Founder + President
Ralph is the strategist and problem solver at Ragan Creative and has worked in the advertising and marketing field for most of his adult life. Ralph founded Ragan Creative in Kamloops in1993 and the advertising agency has been producing award winning graphic design, website design and advertising strategy for our clients ever since. Under Ralph's guidance the agency has planned and developed media campaigns that encompass both traditional media and on-line media - campaigns that produce results.
Petra Franke | Creative Director
Petra brings with her a strong skill set and thus is able to wear a few hats at Ragan Creative. In her primary role as Creative Director, Petra understands that the most important step is to fully understand the clients' situation; a solid understanding unlocks the best advertising ideas and solutions. Petra can see the "Big Picture" and is able to work closely with our graphic and web designers in Kamloops and elsewhere, creating a consistent look and feel for our client's brand. She believes in teamwork and thrives on collaboration…having an ear for the client's needs and an eye for the audience and then bringing them together with solid advertising solutions that work. Her greatest inspiration and mentor was her Opa, an interior designer and decorator who encouraged her to explore her creativity through colour and design.
Being self-employed for 20 some years and having built brands for small business, Petra understands hard work and consistency. She is passionate about everything she does for our clients and never loses sight of the fact that the purpose of the exercise is to produce results.
Petra is also our resident packaging expert. Creative tin packaging is a unique marketing tool which when designed properly becomes a lasting and important element of any marketing plan. Thomas Sandhoff | Print + Web Designer
Thomas is a professional graphic and web designer with over 5 years experience in the graphic and web design industry and over 10 year experience in customer service. Thomas is a graduate of the Digital Art and Design Diploma from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, B.C. and has experience in website design, brand identity, brochure and business card design and much more. He has had the opportunity of working at a local design agency, Kamloops This Week Newspaper and various freelance projects in B.C. and Alberta. Thomas loves working with people, loves to design and is always up for a new challenge.
Tatiana Salisbury | Social Media Specialist
Tatiana is a fourth year journalism student at Thompson Rivers University who is passionate about information. She is excited about every new advent that makes journalism more interactive. As a young journalist Tatiana understands the importance of social media and blogs on many different levels. Since she immigrated from Brazil in 2007 Tatiana has been using every tool on the Internet to keep herself updated about her homeland as well as in touch with the friends and family she left behind.
When she graduates Tatiana intends to work in a multimedia environment that will allow her to experience communications in the modern world. Tatiana is eager to learn about the advertising industry while bringing her unique brand of youthful energy to Ragan Creative.

Ian Bray | Writer
Ian has produced multiple pieces, including collateral and direct mail for developments at Squaw Valley, Blue Mountain and Whistler, as well as complete packages on the Villages at Sandestin, Florida and Lake Las Vegas, Nevada while they were being built. He’s attended mini-charettes, produced building-specific envisioning stories, merchant sell-ins, direct mail and advertising for the Villages in general as well as web, direct mail and advertising for individual condominium and property marketing initiatives within the villages. More recently he writes the newsletter for Honua Kai, the first beachfront condominium to be offered on Maui in over 20 years.
